I recently purchased 2 full lockers. Due to weather conditions in Washington State, I requested they shipped in late March. Unfortunately, one locker got processed for shipping immediately. Fortunately, Agent Moscato, who had been very patient and helpful with the scheduling my lockers went into action and stop the shipping of the locker. Agent Moscato had been an agent previously on various issues I’ve had and always received patience and great support/follow up-very rare in today’s online purchasing. Wine Spies does an excellent job on providing a great selection of wines with great pricing. The customer support and service is outstanding.
