I rent now from them worse landlords…

I rent now from them worse landlords ever. I am pregnant and had to have surgery so I went and got rental assistance they assistance paid rent up. So after great jones got they money I got a letter in the mail a few days ago saying I’m being sued for money they already hit paid and 190 plus 85 late fees. I have raccoons a big hole in the chimney. Oh when I tried to add my siblings on the occupancy I got an inspection done paid for it myself. So now the inspector tells me the old inspector was fired for accepting bribes. And this house was never supposed to pass the first inspection. So now I have til January 9th to fix structural damage to the house that was here way before I moved in. Not to mention the house is being condemned January 9th too. I’m pregnant and have custody of my siblings and great Jones have the nerves to sue me for money that was paid. And on the first they said I will need to pay rent. I’m so mad and scared because nothing has been fixed and I’m about to lose my house I paid almost 5000 to move in and 1399 a month and yes I have raccoons in my walls too. Great Jones needs to be shut down they want money but when they get it they wanna sue for money already paid and I have all of he receipts and emails proving everything. My name is Nashya Session. Update they sued me for money that Safhr already paid them. I wouldn’t rent from them. I was never supposed to be in that house Wich never passed inspection Wich I have proof. I will see great jones in court very soon
