When choosing the right solar system?
When choosing the right solar system for our home, the options were numerous and sometimes confusing. however, I found that the customer service person from Smart Energy made it easier for us to navigate with his explanations and cost savings examples. Smart Energy also did a lot of the groundwork for us, such as arranging for Energy Australia to replace the existing meter with a Smart Meter before the solar installation, this was very helpful. Have also found that Smart Energy has continued to keep in contact with us about how things are going.
