total disregard for customer service
Complete lack of service regarding new connections. Paid over 6000 euros over 12 months ago, still waiting. They have it contracted to Coffey Engineering who give different excuses for the delay. Unbelievable service. In the meantime we are forced to continue to pay high rent while we wait on a water connection. No manager in IW will take the call. Coffey Eng have no contact phone number just one email excuse after another. Cannot issue complaint to CRU as IW will not issue a complaint number. ESB completely different excellent service. How come? No one will take responsibility for IW as being passed off on every phone call. Absolute disgrace.
