Surprise ending!
I opened a bottle I purchased from Wine Spies, and it was corked. I advised wine spies of this unfortunate event merely as an FYI as I know these things happen. Agent Shiraz however acted quickly and credited my account for the bottle without me even asking for credit. He/she then followed up to ensure I was happy. Great service and great attitude!
