Terrible Customer Service
I did get compliments on my skin which is why I give this a 1 rating. However, the customer service is absolutely horrific. You cannot get a live person if your life depends on it. They want to email you for everything while NOT answering your questions or concerns. The customer service team experience is so awful, I barely want to deal with no parts of Musely. If this company want to do better, I will recommend that they do their jobs and talk to their customer and address and resolve issues via a live person phone conversation. I believe since the employees have a strong access, they would rather write an email even if they don't understand the issue or concern. They will copy and paste what's in the frequent asked questions. Shame on this company!
