Great estate agent
We worked with Peter at Lextons to sell our flat, and they also turned out to be the agent for the flat we were keen on and subsequently bought. We chose Peter for our sale as we appreciated his enthusiasm, experience in the Brighton market, and also that he is a pleasure to deal with (at the risk of offending a whole group of people, he's not very estate agenty!) He comes across as genuine, not overly pushy, and is more knowledgeable than many agents we crossed paths with in Brighton. (In fact when we viewed a property with another Lextons agent, Claudia, our experience was just so much better than many other estate agencies - she knew the property and came prepared. It's clear that Lextons take pride in their work.) I would highly recommend Peter and Lextons.
