Great property manage but leaving soon
The company has a high staff turnover in recent years. One of my properties has a new property manager every few months which makes it slightly difficult to follow up with issues and sometimes records get misplaced during staff interchange. I was lucky enough with my other property which had the same manager in the last few years. The property manager, Crystal Brown, has done an amazing job looking after my property which made my life so much easier. She is always professional and very helpful. Sadly she’s now leaving the company! I hope the next manager is as good as her and will stay!
