Unjust Contract Rejection – A Discriminatory Experience!
My husband, who holds a valid 10-year residence permit, has clean SCHUFA credit, and is fully documented with a German bank account and registration, was denied a contract by freenet. This decision feels arbitrary and discriminatory, as there was no valid explanation provided. It’s concerning to suspect that racial bias may have played a role, as it’s hard to imagine an EU citizen in the same position being treated this way. Companies need to do better in ensuring fairness and equality for all customers. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope freenet reexamines its practices and policies
