Ludicrous bill of €2500
I received a ludicrous bill of €2500, with an estimate usage of 8350kWh. After sending photographic proof of my actual reading which was for about 400kWh. How the hell this estimate was so far off is beyond me. Over a month later this still hasn't been corrected. Its always "We've escalated" or "re-escalated" the issue but nothing is done! I still have this ridiculous bill outstanding on my account. At the time Bord Gais had the cheapest option available but no discount is worth this much incompetence. Edit: this has been sorted with the latest billing cycle, but the lack of communication is still appalling. I've been stressing over this the whole last 2 months, if they'd let me know that it would be corrected this billing cycle then that would of been fine, but alas, not a word.
