I would leave a 0 if I could, I’m a plumber and gas engineer, not only have Rightio been an absolute nightmare to contact and speak to somebody when something is needed. I was stood on a job trying to contact somebody for an hour with one of their customers because their own app wasn’t working to charge the customer for work id completed.🤷♂️🤷♂️ in my own time which you don’t get paid for, or when your stood in a merchant for 45 minutes waiting for somebody to answer so they can pay for the order they placed or you can’t leave the shop with materials to complete the actual job also my own time !!! I was contracting for them over the Christmas period doing jobs which were poorly reported with no idea on materials, they haven’t paid me for the work completed or even answered the phone or any emails since absolute joke of a company and I will be taking it further Untill I get my money
