Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Lack of Support I am very disappointed with the service I received from this solicitor, particularly Roxanne . When serious issues arose in my case, she failed to provide any real support or guidance. The company involved in my dispute sent her important information by email, but she did not forward or communicate this to me for over a month, which caused significant delays and complications. This lack of communication and professionalism has cost me a lot of money and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I expected legal support and action, but instead I was left feeling ignored and misled. I would not recommend this solicitor or the firm based on my experience.
