Warning do not buy from this company

Warning do not buy from this company. We ordered not realising they convert to US dollars -I believe this was not clear purposely so they get more money as they also came up as AU website and said it was AU dollars but it’s not it’s US. They appear to also have their payment system set up to scam customers- the first time it says it didn’t go through (when it actually did) so you naturally retry and get charged twice. Read below reviews we aren’t the only ones this has happened to, can’t help but think it’s not a coincidence! Esp when they then won’t amend and refund! We were charged twice instead of once. $156 AU for a few supposed peppermint bags including being charged twice on shipping. We contacted them immediately and they assured us the order was cancelled would not be sent and they would provide refund within 10’working days. They didn’t! They just keep dragging it out back and forth in emails belittling us as customers by not being honest saying they will refund, the refund has been processed but then turn around and play dumb and say “why would we refund you” even though you have their previous emails which they can also see in the thread admitting we were double charged and a refund was supposedly being processed. Then after that game they claim the refund has been processed (and it hasn’t) but they won’t provide proof of refund transaction and even more funny they make up a refund amount which isn’t even correct. They then claim they are sending the issue to their “legal team” still waiting to hear from the invisible legal team. Look at their Facebook posts they block negative messages the number of comments don’t match how many comments there are they hide them. Take note of how many angry faces are on each post. Stay clear of this company massive red flag here. I am so furious that we were ripped off $156 at Christmas time. I have all their emails as proof they assure me it was cancelled and refund was on the way then played dumb through email and messenger. Happy to provide proof of any of the correspondence. They also pretend on messenger they are going to help you then block you so you can’t respond!!! Also have screen shots of that!! Trust pilot I would love to upload screen shots proving the above correspondence (with confidential info blocked out of course). If someone could advise how this is done I have all screen shots ready to load. Thanks Worst worst customer service experience I have had. There is no refund coming. Now we wait for their generic reply below pretending they wish to amend and to contact them so they can then drag it out and still not refund. No thanks Ozzie don’t waste your time replying you don’t bother to reply to anything else we send you now so why bother replying on here with dishonest nonsense about caring and the importance of your customer service!!!! It doesn’t exist. 11.1.24 REPLY UPDATE- OZZI I will reply on here as you are still ignoring my emails. Just checked messenger and you are being dishonest AGAIN in your response below you have not sent a reply to messenger. Have a screen shot to prove it. And it appears I’m still blocked from both your Facebook page and messenger. So once again dishonest. I don’t want your apology or your pre typed generic responses. I want the refund I’m entitled to and an end to this nightmare dealing with your company. UPDATE 30.1.24 Ozzi still ignoring me. Haven’t replied here which they said they would below. Still no refund. Still blocked on messenger and no contact there from them when they said they would on here. Still time wasting on emails still no refund. Complete liars and scammers. All their responses in here are just for show. Crooks. Took our money and haven’t refunded a cent. Beware of this company. UPDATE 11th Feb. Still no refund. Still no reply from ozzi on here or via email. Still no message on social media they have still blocked me. And now they have reported me to trust pilot to try and have this honest factual review taken down. I will continue to warn other innocent people to try about this company to try to prevent them also being scammed. Your attempts wont work Ozzihome. I have sent proof of my purchase to trust pilot and also have offered them and have ready to send them all my other evidence to back up every thing I have written on here because it’s all true and I kept everything to prove it. The fact you want it removed only further proves you plan on continuing to do this to more people, and not staying true to your word and giving me the refund I’m entitled too. The purpose of this website is to warn other people about businesss like this one! UPDATE March- still no refund. Ozzie now claiming they can’t refund me unless I provide them with my personal information including bank details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Red flag!
