Try calling, there’s never an answer
To test this one star review, try calling them (the Salford branch). Do you get an answer? No. You get an answerphone, every single time. My mum had the misfortune to use them, and they are the laziest and most useless estate agents on the planet. None of them do anything. Try getting them to do anything and it will take them months if not years. We will be taking legal action against them and changing estate agents. They are less like a company and more like a scam. Edit: 17/11/23 they are now acting even worse. They are refusing to complete the process of transfer to a better estate agent since they think my mum’s houses don’t belong to her, despite her name being on all the paperwork. And they are making her really upset, since she is a widow and they are claiming the houses belong to my dad.
