Worst customer service ever
Its no wonder they are getting a one start on Trust Pilot. I could give this company 5 minus stars I would. I'm fairly experienced and professional and in all my years can honestly say I have never had worse customer service. From non-transparent contracting and billing to a 2 month issue where I continuously had to call in and got promised call backs and never getting them, to rude supervisors. We are paying HUGE bills and are good customers but they don't give a toss! Was with a different provider for 10 years and NEVER had an issue and when we moved house we decided to give BG a try.. worst mistake.. I will pay the extra and move provider. Don't know how they are still in business but DO NOT MOVE TO BG! What is still amazing me is do the senior staff at BG not care? I have no doubt they must see some of their reviews - are they sop unprofessional that they just ignore all this? Is there no pride!
