I have been trying to process a return…
I have been trying to process a return for several weeks. I have been asked to upload pictures, which I attemped to do in a PDF format only to receive a message stating the format was not accepted. I have emailed in to customer service who directed me to upload pictures on an app which I do not have. This has become tiresome and annoying. I simply want to return the un-used items I purchased.
