Frustrating
The company has been pleasant every time I have dealt with the customer service team (hence 2 stars). However, since joining a few months ago, I have needed to contact them every single month with problems. Firstly the delivery of the SIM card was very slow compared to other companies taking about a week to arrive. The porting process is confusing on their website and did not work for me until I contacted customer service. The switch took longer than it has with other companies and left me without signal for most of the day. Once I had signed up to a plan a second identical plan appeared in my account and a second payment was taken from my account. Customer service cancelled this and I got the money back. At the end of the month, without any correspondence, my phone simply stopped working and the plan just ended without informing me, although it is supposed to auto renew. I again had another day sorting this without a working phone, not ideal when you are on holiday without wifi. The next month a second plan again appeared in my account, once again charging me. Another conversation with customer service and the second plan was cancelled. I don’t understand why anyone would want two identical plans. The app and website experience is awful and the whole experience has been a headache and at the end of every month I now expect my phone to suddenly stop working. I am now in the process of switching to a more well known company, I suppose there’s a reason they’re cheap.
