Do not use - appalling service and then try and pretend the order wasn't with them
I ordered an item and was sent a different item. Even though I sent them a picture of the page I’d ordered from they insisted that it was “only indicative “ and that they would not exchange or refund. Their customer service team spent lots of time trying to defend the indefensible. They have subsequently said it's not them that I received the goods from as they "do not have me on file". I notice they have said the same sort of thing when responding to negative reviews. I exchanged several emails with them before posting the review and they insisted that they had sent the correct item despite all the evidence to the contrary. They really are an unspeakable bunch.
