Wife ordered sewing machine—- then reads reviews to see it is a p. o. s. Call customer service to cancel order 10 minutes after placed it to cancel it. Cs is only email no phone during covid. So been emailing ever hour for 2 & 1/2 days to cancel order. Hoping they gonna send the email we got before for other items saying out of stock order canceled. Since web kept showing out of stock minutes after she ordered it. No reply from cs... kept checking status 60 hours was in processing then switched to shipped. Fed ex still shows just label createdStill no reply from cs. Now gonna have to pay $25 restocking fee to get rid of p.o.s.all they had to do was read 1 of the 60 emails and cancel the order instead of processing it further and would have saved me $25
