Overpriced and underdelivered
I booked the express PCR test. It arrived on time. I completed it and posted it in time for the first postal pick up. It was 24 hour post, and 12 hours testing time. I expected the results at 12am, but didn't need them before 7am. They arrived later that evening. Fortunately, I was able to show proof of vaccine status on arrival. I don't expect the results instantaneously, I do however expect that when paying £15 for express analysis that the results arrive quicker.
