Impossible to get a response from a "representative"
I have tried repeatedly to get a copy of our lease agreement and have been unsuccessful. I have gone thru support in the resident portal, called every number I could, and started a chat. I still do not have a copy of our lease agreement that I need for business purposes with the state of Oklahoma. I will continue to pursue Darwin with the help of the state since they are now involved. I have records of all phone calls I've made. Wait times that are much longer than stated, that either go unanswered, answered one time with zero help, or asked to leave a voicemail and no response. This is the third rental company I've been through in this house and it is by far the worst.
