Horrendous Experience
3 more weeks and now nearly 2 months since my supply was supposed to go live. Not one piece of proactive communication or explanation from Tomato - they only contact customers that leave Trustpilot reviews which suggests that their internal communication systems are completely overwhelmed. Even when they do make contact, they aren’t able to provide any details of why they still haven’t made my switch or when they may be able to do so. Given that they haven’t been accepting any new customers for weeks, the positive reviews that continue to be posted are suspicious. The only good news is that I’ll soon be able to escalate the issue to the ombudsman!
