What good is such a returns policy for a shoe store?
Sure you can look at a size chart, but until you put a pair on your feet you can't be so certain they fit. However the returns policy is so strict I can see what's going to be pulled before I even bother. Put shoes on and you've violated the original condition clause and will be subject to an unspecified amount docked from the refund or not given one at all. Immediately filing a refund or a charge back if not solved in an expedient manner.
