Wouldn't recommend
Booked a massage for my husband as a voucher for Christmas last year. Within a month Leah Durrant beauty was shut down. I was refused a refund, and Leah herself sent a somewhat unhelpful and direct email. I eventually booked my daughter in for a cut 2 weeks ago just to use this voucher up. We left with £6 credit on the voucher that they wouldn't refund. Daughter noticed fring/bangs were uneven when we got home. Booked with Federico Hair in Chertsey who we always use for our hair for them to check my daughters cut as she was do unhappy with it. They showed us how uneven the whole hair cut was. It was shocking. Really bad. So we are now getting it put right. Leah Durrant staff were very grumpy, customer service was appalling. The only person who had any presence was the trainee who made my coffee. Would not recommend. Pricey.
