The recent interaction was with regard to the purchase of a new Touran at "Group 1 VW Manchester". Kyle Mills was the member of staff who dealt with us from initial inquiry to delivery. Our experience with him was excellent and he dealt with all our questions with patience. He was both friendly and professional in his manner at all times.
