I would strongly advise against using these conveyancing solicitors. Their service has been unacceptably slow at every stage, with weeks of delays for simple tasks. Emails go unanswered unless chased repeatedly, and promised callbacks or updates never materialise. They advertise being open until 8pm, but in reality, after 5:30pm, you just get an answering service saying everyone has gone home—with empty promises that someone will contact you "tomorrow" (they never do). Due to their constant delays and lack of urgency, we are now at risk of losing our house sale. Even when aware of this, they still couldn’t be bothered to call us as promised. The customer service is appalling, with no accountability or professionalism. Avoid if you need a timely, stress-free transaction.
