Zoomdoc is a excellent service ive used many times especially the chief medical officer however on this ocassion the First disability letter excellent I then wanted another letter with more details a different doctor did it but wouldn't extract particular information from first letter his opinion was to the effect i didn't meet the physical requirements despite me uploading court legal documents of tribunal outcome confirming mobility issue however I could of advised him differently on could letter be worded with He relies on a wheelchair to avoid psychotic episodes of his fear of organ damage Rather than me asking to use " he needs to use a wheelchair " like from first letter I asked for refund because doctor wouldn't change letter wording Refund authorisated then on first letter i asked for refund because how can one doctor agree with me and another not Obviously they can have different opinions but surely with my evidence is not difficult to understand with court judge documents confirming wheelchair use to avoid making pain worse and wearing specially adapted clothes to prevent damage to his organs by raising his arms to then psychotic diagnoses from me genuinely believing internal injuries causing the issues Then another refund authorisated and they claim it was a oversight only after i asked for refund and challenged them on doctor opinion and claim there unable to confirm my limited mobility as I need to see them face to face as if the evidence I sent them was insufficient a legal binding court tribunal document like first doctor would not of issued first letter otherwise second doctor claim I needed scans with proof when its a psychotic disorder lol obviously not to me it's not Never less excellent company my situation is unusual but not difficult to understand somatic delusions can Effect mobility nothing needs to be proved on scans like one doctor said And for Gigi Francois shes lovely but did avoid answering the phone in my opinion because i tested it with different numbers and she appeared on one call she couldn't wait to get off phone from me however I will say it might of come across with me complaining unpleasant even though I was not hostile or rude in any way shape or form I was just simply being assertive Thank you zoomdoc I would be happy to deal with you again 😊 Respone from zoomdoc regarding my review they was unable to provide me with letters when they already issued them lol and only cancelled them on my request I've used another service and got exactly what I wanted Cheers
