Good but not perfect
The review aggregation is helpful and the sentiment analysis gives us good insights into customer feedback trends. Setup was straightforward and the onboarding team was knowledgeable. My main complaint is that some of the filters don't work as intuitively as I'd expect, and occasionally reviews take longer to sync than advertised.
