ExFreight Knows How to Handle Shipping Mishaps
I have been working in shipping since 2001, so I am aware that a large percentage of the job for anyone who is in shipping is dealing with shipping mishaps. That said, I know that there will always be shipping issues that come up, but the important part of who you are working with, is how they handle the mishaps. I will spare you the details on the shipping mishap, because, again, every carrier on Earth has mishaps each and every day, but I will tell you that Natalia over at ExFreight knows how to communicate effectively, and how to deal with the carriers and the shippers when it comes to a shipping mishap. Suffice to say that I was very stressed about a shipping issue that was causing the carrier to want to charge us storage fees for a shipment that was in storage because of a shipping mishap by the carrier (at no fault of our own), and Natalia stepped right in and rectified the situation and was able to ensure that we would not incur any extra fees. Instant stress relief. I have been working with ExFreight for about 10 years now, and with Professionals like Natalia looking out for me, I plan to continue to work with ExFreight for another 10 plus years...
