My order was cancelled couple of minutes after my card was charged. For over two weeks now you refused to refund my money back to my card. My bank has traced the transaction and it was successful on our end. For an order that’s my first order I would say this is appalling for a company of your caliber. Except this is a FRAUDULENT shopping site.
