thug service from deplorable agent.

I hereby wish to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the deplorable service I received from one of your agents. I visited Firefly car rental at Malaga airport this afternoon on 26/12/2023 and was shocked by the inappropriate behavior of the officer, who lacked professionalism. he invited us to leave for no reason. I find this unacceptable. I hope that you will take immediate steps to remedy this situation and to ensure that other clients do not suffer the same treatment. As a customer, I expect quality service and mutual respect.I will never step again into this would be rental car company.
