Portal needs work!!!

I am still going through the conveyancing process with my property purchase but am finding the portal extremely frustrating; documents are duplicated (or even triplicated) on the file making it impossible to navigate, some are presenting as 'not signed' and therefore require action but, when I have spoken to my case handler, she has said she has received the signed documents 7 times! When it has come to the searches and answers to enquiries, I have had to request these from the case handler via email because they are not on the portal (even though I am told they have been uploaded) and, when I do eventually see an update has been added to the portal, the document is usually dated around 5 days prior to the upload date! On top of all of this, I now cannot access the portal at all so assuming it is down but have not been able to get any further information on this. On a positive note, my case handler has answered all of my questions via email (usually) quite quickly and has provided all paperwork that is missing from the portal. I'm not very well informed of updates unless I push for them but with some prompting I do eventually receive the information I require.
