So....the saga continues
So..... my ‘Christmas Morning’ hamper that was to be delivered in NYC on 24 December was ‘apparently’ delivered on Tuesday 12 January. I say ‘apparently’ as what was delivered bears little resemblance to what was ordered. As with others, no response to emails to ‘customer service’ including demand that money be refunded. Charge back pending and should be successful in view of this woeful ‘failure to deliver’!
