Horrible broker
We were working with Gayla. Everything was fine. She communicated with the driver and a rate con was sent over. No problem there. After that she called the driver and he stated he is ETA. She called him twice after that and he was getting unloaded which sometimes you are not available while unloading. We were in the area and still had 2 hours to pickup. Because the driver didn’t answer she was so impatient she took the driver off the load and gave it to someone else. Very unprofessional.
