Need an #800
My first order was terrific. One was too big and cust srvc said I could donate it and I did to a local womens help srvcs. Email human was terrific tho. Unfortunately it has been difficult with last few experiences. I was credited back for the too big bra which was supposed to be wacoal but came in wrong bag, so a week later, i received THE SAME bra and the get two for half price, so now I have 3 of the same. I added a bra for my daughter in basket, but then thought Id better comfirm size, so I BACKED OUT of basket, and app. Low and behold a few minutes later i get a notification THANK YOU for your purchase. I couldn't believe it, so I tried cancelling order, you cant. I tried explaining to bot and asked how this could happen, bot said you cant return it because its already shipped????? have no idea how that process happened so fast. Bra ended up being too big so I had to go thru exchange process. 2-3 days later, I cant even track it as of earlier today, its not showing in my purchases info, but whats in my purchases info is my very first order, saying in progress, i think, or delivery day is sept something. Have no idea why its still not a closed purchase or why I cant find the exchange info for my daughters bra. Bottom line, its definitely not good for business not have the opportunity to speak with a human. I get the bot for easy stuff, but having to type all my issues is way to much and it seems that on one response i was asked all the stuff I just msgd in a novel format. I also thought i signed up for the club and got advertising for welcome to club. I couldn't get info on a club item and in one click, it signed me up for a free trial for 7days. So now Im going to have to deal with that Tues im assuming their closed on labor day. I really did like the 2 gals that I had to chat with thru email, but all the glitches on the app is getting to the point where I dont want to buy anymore, even tho i just purchased a 3pk of sports bras as I had a $5credit. And I do NOT KNOW the dates for the 2-3 issues I still have so Im just picking a date on calendar below
