I was impressed anyway with the efficiency of The Underfloor Heating Store, but what has prompted me to write a review was the kindness and efficiency of its Customer Services Dept. When I called, the phone was answered promptly and I was through to someone who was exceptionally kind and helpful. I had suffered a significant bereavement and was out of time for resolving a mistake at our end. The company very kindly (and generously) waivered its returns policy and sorted everything out for me, all within the call. The human touch - so often missing these days. It was a very stressful time, and their kindness was much appreciated. (PS I'll just quickly take this opportunity to recommend the Heatmiser neoStat V2 Thermostats which have made my life so much easier and energy efficient.)
