Very difficult communication
I booked a family car but received an open pickup (proposal of America car rental). The ferry doesn't accept pickups and now I need to change my car in Tulum. However this already takes 2 weeks to arrange, they want me to pay twice,and the communication of America Car Rental is very poor, they wait days to answer.
