My daughter signed up for this just pre pandemic and it changed to all online , she lost her job….the system was shocking the support was zero….she d booked weekends and hotels and was told she had to pay if she didnt cancel herself….she couldnt go becuase of lockdown…they couldnt provide any of the vocational training in her area and said try london or birmingham months away but crack on doing online stuff that wasnt supposed to be done till the practical sessions were done….we phoned and asked for reduction, money back and the reply was they would extend the term tghat it would need to be completed , gave up with them six months into pandemic which then lasted nearlly two years and not had one email, no support no phone call nothing….paying 4000 for nothing and she sees this go out her bank everymonth…..seems everyone in pandemic had a raw deal that they werent prepared to even have an ounce of movement or understanding as long as they got there money….and could keep changing and switching the rules and terms to suit them and pretend they were providing the service and support..the customer service sounds like its read from a script when you phone them up…she phoned in tears and it was literally cold ice script….pay up and if ya dont want to do it thats fine…pay up..
