Abysmal at best
Abysmal, bought a bike early May and there was an issue with gears, logged the fault and was told a ticketing system was in operation, heard nothing more, fast forward 3 weeks and the pedal came off during a ride, the thread was crossed, reported the issue and was told there’s a ticketing system in place, heard nothing, managed to speak to someone via live chat, they sent a bike engineer out to confirm the crank arm was threaded, we were told there are no spare parts available in the uk, at this stage I asked for my money back (which I’m allowed due to the CRA2015, still heard nothing. We then contacted the bike engineer but he was also in the dark? I then had the idea of sourcing the crank arm myself, revolutionary I know but needs must, guess what? The part was available on their website!!! Ordered it and it was here in 24 hours, got the bike tech out and he fitted it. Little or no communication from electric rider, the bike (Wisper) is a nice bike but the customer service is appalling, on top of the £1300 for the bike I’ve had to pay for the crank arm and 2 visits from the bike tech, comfortably the worst online experience I’ve had As an update the company has refunded me £85 for the crank arm and figment
