I did not receive the requested 10 suture pads and 2 suture…

I did receive the requested 2 suture kits, but did receive the 10 suture pads. The 2 suture kits with four instruments were needed for the May 31st conference. The two suture kits were not in the package. I have spent $70 and not received the exacted order and have no form of recourse it refund. I emailed and did not receive a reply. Please amend.
