Terrible service!!!
Terrible service, and absolutely useless support. 1. We paid for Guaranteed Media Placement as our client wanted, and then out of a sudden Newswire stopped providing the service and refused to give eta. We waited for 2 weeks and eventually found a great and cheaper replacement for this. 2. Support can never solve any problems at all, so I'm not sure why even keep them? 3. We requested a refund for one of GMP, and it was promised to arrive in 10 days, but it has been over 2 weeks already and still no news. And we even cannot choose where we want to get the refund to. You don't support our common payment methods and we had to use one payment partner, so when the refund is issued they will receive it, and we hope we can get it back from them, but this is a terrible experience with newswire. And recently we were informed that prices would increase. So their service worsens on a monthly basis, but prices increase? That's an "amazing" development for the company to lose absolutely all clients. Absolutely don't recommend to anyone to use this, and we are lucky that we are quickly finding more opportunities and solutions without Newswire.
