As a regular customer I purchased a Christmas offer and received two of the 3 purchased the third told me the credit card was invalid I tried a further 2 times and each time the bank processed the payment and Giordano failed on both occasions to process the payment at there end This resulted in a failed Christmas present and Giordano has unable to process an active credit card I have tried talking to them / texting them/ and emailing them and they have stated they have a problem and they are trying to resolve it But as yet they have proved incapable of resolving the issue with myself I would suggest that you avoid having any dealings with this company untill they address this problem It is a shame as I have always enjoyed there wine AJB
