What a disgrace Aldi, you have advertised Tv and Tv unit. My parents went to Aldi Guildford early in the morning, line up for store to open. There were about 150 people lined up. We’re able to get in. And see what? Only one tv unit and the first person got the tv unit. They asked the staff member and they were told that they received only one. Then they went to merrylands store. Of course knowing there will be none left. Staff member said they had 3 and all 3 were gone. Aldi you advertise for people to line up and end up not getting the item that they need and walk out of the store with other things. Wasting people’s times. False advertisement. I’m going to take this matter to Australian fair trading. You’re steeling people’s times by false advertisement and steeling their money by making them buy things that they don’t need, because they were already in the store, because they waited an hour and half for store to open. Specially during this pandemic times. I experienced the same issue 2 weeks ago for the nesting tables. Store had only 3 boxes originally. After waiting for hour and a half for your Auburn store to open , first 3 ladies grabbed the boxes. I emailed and ignored, hence I won’t ignore this time. You have made my 60 year old parents wait in the cold for hour and half and ALDI had only 1 box of tv unit. This email will be advertised on social media, thanks Aldi for steeling our times
