Unethical and I want a refund Now!
I'm disgusted on their customers service and how they handle paying consumers. I understand I made flight arrangements for my niece to find out a day before when booking my name was automatically added to the flight. I had to buy another ticket for my niece and was told I could use my credit within the year. Today I went online and was going to book a flight for myself and husband for our 17 Anniversary to New Orleans and was just right amount needed to use my credit. Unfortunately, I can't apply the money I paid for my husband seat only mine. What kind of crap is that? If I bought the ticket that was worth 217 and want to use that for round trip under my name for myself and my husband I should have every right! I don't have the funds to pay for his separately. My money and I should be able to use how I want. Now, I don't want to have anything to do with them and want my money back! Completely unethical!
