John O'Leary - A different way of doing business
After experiencing problems claiming a pension, I filled in an online form and was contacted by John O'Leary of Chase Belgrave. I am now about to receive my first pension payment, and it is not something I could have done without John's help. I am used to hit-and-miss business efficiency, with emails forgotten about, calls not returned, and a lack of flow and continuity to any business transaction. John's model is the exact opposite. Emails are returned within the hour, often with a back-up call to check clarity. Updates are a regular part of John's game, and you couldn't really find a friendlier, more knowledgeable chap to speak to about the - to me - minefield of claiming a pension which is around 20 years old. I meet a lot of people with pension difficulties, and would have no hesitation in recommending both John and Chase Belgrave. On a personal note, I would like to extend my thanks to John, and wish him all the best for the future. If he is your contact concerning pension queries, you are fortunate indeed! My only complaint is that there is no 6-star rating here...
