The call center comes from the Philippines and most of the call center agents there have NO idea what cruising is all about. They give false info and fake promises. They cannot tell the difference between embarkation and excursion and they speak their language with a lot of horn blowing trumpet emulating their status as the only people who can solve your cruising questions. They don't know what a stateroom category is, mid-ship or aft and cruising people pay Princess to pay them! They should not be given this kind of a job where they advise guests on cruising questions when they haven't cruised themselves. There is no problem from agents from Florida but there's a great amount of inefficiency with Philippines agent. These agents are dishonest. They forbid you to tape their conversation; they give fake names; they don't tell their agent number and they definitely have no accountability; they cuss and swear in their language and call Canadians stupid and disgusting for calling them repeatedly. Princess, stop providing jobs for them because you will lose cruisers.
