Just the confidence that having the medical alert gives and the promptness even when it is a false alarm. So far, no actual falls have been detected, but there have been a number of times that they said "fall detected" when there wasn't one, the most understandable being when I knocked the cord of the charger and it fell on the floor. There was one occasion I did fall in the garden on the complex when pulling a tall weed and it suddenly let go. I wasn't hurt and was trying to get turned into a position where I could get up without wrecking the garden too much when two neighbours happened to come by and helped me up. I just had a scrape on my knee. I guess, if I really needed help or it was more serious, I could have pressed the button. That is the reason for not giving five stars, since the fall didn't get detected. It might have been because of the proximity of condo units on both sides. I am afraid this is now not a useful review for you.
