This time we had a very good experience with Southall only because of Rishab who went out of his way and beyond to help us get the best rates. He was so patient and calm inspite of the number of changes we made for our travel which lasted for almost a week. I have been a customer of Southall for many years now and I have never had such a good experience with any agent like I had with Rishabh, so very impressed.
