Poor statement information
Why oh why can't Yorkshire Water inform us on the statements whether we, the customers, are in credit or debit. It only ever gives a balance so we have to work out the last months bill and the recent payments to find out whether we are in Credit or debit which is frustrating. I have received a reply from Yorkshire water asking me to give them my name and address which I refuse to do on this forum. They have my account number so they should email me or find another way for me to get in touch with them.
