If I could make it less than 1 star I would!
If I could make it less than 1 star, I most certainly would. Like other reviewers, I have had policies with Shannons for a very long time. Since the early 90's from memory. They used to be superb, even when I once had to claim for a stolen motorcycle. Sadly, they are now off-the-scale bad. I took home insurance out with them and after a heavy storm, had to claim for repairs. So far, it's been 10 months, and the repairs are incomplete. I launched a complaint and was told by their internal reviewer that they had not caused any unreasonable delays im attending to this matte! It just beggars belief. I pay them $7.000 a year in premiums. The money-gouging corporates (Suncorp) now own Shannons, which explains why they are as bad as the 12 other brands they own in the sector. Stay away from Suncorp insurance brands.
